The Arcadia Performing Arts Center's ArtWORK program is a holistic talent development pipeline committed to building job skills, confidence, and community transformation through working in the arts. We are always staffing great talent and energetic people for these roles:
Since 2012, more than 250 Arts Ambassadors have volunteered at the Arcadia Performing Arts Center. Arts Ambassadors serve as volunteer ushers, decorate events, give tours, translate, and contribute in many ways. For every 4 hours worked, you will receive 2 complimentary ticketsto events (based on availability). You will meet new people, see performances, and have the opportunity to be recognized with the Presidential Volunteer Service Award. Volunteers that meet the minimum hours are eligible for a certificate, pin, and letter from the President of the United States. Top 5 volunteers and their guests are also invited to the Inaugural Gala and seated at the VIP Arts Ambassador table. New volunteers are recruited during the summer before the new season begins, and are required to attend a two-hour training session. ARTWORK JOB PROGRAM

Leadership Interns are incoming high school seniors paid $10-$12/hour. Preference is given to current PAC volunteers and Arcadia Unified School District students.
Management Interns are college students with rotations including Operations (VBO), Finance (Quickbooks), Development (Salesforce.com), Marketing (Squarespace). College interns are paid $12 - 15/hour. Preference is given to students pursuing work in the arts and entertainment industry.
Executive Program are college graduates and post-graduates with P&L responsibility. Paid time off (PTO), medical, dental, vision benefits are available.
Paid house staff are at least 16 years old, have served as volunteers and are able to work full 6-10 hour shifts. Priority are given to those who have volunteered extensively, are interested in an entertainment career, and are Arcadia Unified School District employees or parents. Hourly rates are $12 - $16.
